Ok. So, let's break this down, shall we? ^^

Overall:
This shot is very in character. You can tell there was consideration put towards the composition. If you have the time, why not go a step further? You clearly put the time and effort into your costumes, always do the same with your pictures! ^_^

In graphic design, you learn a lot about "spacing." In this case, you can apply it towards the set up of your frame (everything within your camera's viewfinder). Look at the spacing to the right of Naruto. Now look at the spacing to the left of Sasuke. Neither is right or wrong, but if you mirrored the same distance (whatever you choose) on both sides, it makes a huge difference to the impact of your photo.

The same can be applied to where your subjects stand within the frame. For example, Kakashi is almost dead center. If you shifted the rest of Team 7 slightly to the right, just think of how much nicer it would look ^^

If you want to give your image that extra push, focus on your use of 'depth-of-field,' the distance between your camera's lens, and its sensor (the sensor is located within the body of your camera, it is what captures the image). With a mid-distance close-up such as this, the wider the angle of the lens, (if you have the means to come by one) the more 'cinematic' the image. And I notice you have a nice Nikon DSLR, so that is a step in the right direction ^^

Also, you want to avoid using any sort of 'zoom' on your camera, be it manual or 'in-camera.' If you have the ability to frame your shot without extending your lens to zoom, this will always improve the quality of your image, both in its use of 'depth-of-field' and pixel resolution.

As for body language, Sasuke and Naruto look good with their stereotypical "we-are-rivals" expressions. And I love the nonchalant, "oi, here we go again..." expression on Kakashi's face.

However, in the case of Sakura, while I like the idea she is going for, that face of scared-concern, one thing I would consider taking into account for your next shoot is to try and avoid looking directly into the camera. Maybe exaggerate your expression. Maybe she's squinting slightly, upset, with her face tilted slightly up. Looking directly into the camera pulls your focus to that character, which can work well if going for a specific shot. However, in a group shot like this, it can distract you from admiring the image as a whole.

Keep up the great work!
